With just one membership, you’ll gain access to both world-class CrossFit training and our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program. We also believe in offering exceptional value to all new members. Our monthly membership starts at $175 for one person, making it more affordable than other local gyms, while our family package offers unbeatable savings at just $350 for three or more members. Families enjoy unlimited classes with no child limit,
ensuring everyone can stay active together.

Coach Jay
I’m a 50-year-old CrossFit coach and the proud owner of CrossFit Altadena, which I opened in 2014. My journey started in 2012 when I was out of shape and needed a change. I stumbled upon CrossFit and quickly fell in love with the community, the challenge, and the results. Over the years, I’ve transformed not just my body, but my mindset, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same. At CrossFit Altadena, we foster a welcoming and supportive environment where people of all ages and fitness levels—from 18 to 80—can push their limits and achieve their goals.

Coach Heath
I've been passionate about CrossFit for the past 10 years and bring my experience as an Air Force veteran to my coaching. During my time in the military, I worked on a helicopter-integrated SWAT team, focusing on nuclear asset protection and was in charge of training a small team. That experience shaped my approach to leadership and coaching. At CrossFit Altadena, I’m excited to help members reach their goals and be part of a supportive, hard-working community. Whether you're new to CrossFit or have been at it for years, I'm here to guide and grow alongside you.

Coach Sol
Sol Anaya grew up in small town in Michoacán, Mexico where she learned that natural foods, hard work outdoors and living healthy are the staples to a happy life. Since moving to Southern California, she’s been dedicated to teaching others her understanding of healthy living through diet and fitness. After Achieving both her level I & II CrossFit Certifications and recently adding to her resume the “Certification for Developmentally Challenged” she has through independent and class environments created a motivational experience for others to find their fitness and diet voice.
