At CrossFit Altadena, our Youth Sports Strength & Conditioning program is designed to help kids and teens become stronger, faster, and more confident—while building the athletic foundation they’ll use for years.
We train the fundamentals that transfer to every sport: force production (creating power for sprinting, jumping, and changing direction), force absorption (landing, decelerating, and staying in control), and injury prevention through better mechanics, stability, mobility, strengthening, and smart progression.
