Your coach builds every session around your individual needs. A typical 60-minute personal training session includes:

  • Check-In & Goal Review – Quick assessment of energy, stress, soreness, and progress.
  • Warm-Up & Activation – Movement prep based on your specific goals (glutes, core, mobility, etc.).
  • Strength or Skill Work – Tailored lifts and progressions: squats, presses, deadlifts, Olympic lifts, or sports-specific movement.
  • Conditioning/Metcon – Customized conditioning based on your level and goals (fat loss, stamina, endurance, power).
  • Cool-Down & Recovery Plan – Breathing, mobility, and an after-session plan to keep results moving forward.
  • Your goals dictate the exact flow.
